Jessica Dugan is a Registered Dietitian who uses a weight-inclusive and collaborative approach to help create sustainable change that reflects your life, values, goals, and tastes. Whether you’re looking for ways to make meals easier, adapting to medical needs, or are interested in learning more about food, Jess’ goal is to help you achieve your goals.
Jessica completed her education at the University of Alberta, with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science with a Dietetics Specialization. She is a regulated member of the College of Dietitians of Alberta and is certified in HealthChange methodology.
Jessica has worked in rural primary care, public health, nutrition research, and post-secondary course facilitation. She continually strives to improve her practice through ongoing education.
Outside of work, Jessica loves cooking, crafting, reading, yoga, and going on long walks that somehow always lead her to coffee or snacks. She enjoys learning about people and places through food, and almost always orders a BLT sandwich if it is on a menu.
