Jessica Dugan completed her education at the University of Alberta, with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science with a Dietetics Specialization. She is a regulated member of the College of Dietitians of Alberta and is certified in HealthChange methodology.
Jessica Dugan uses an evidence-based, collaborative, and weight-inclusive approach to help her clients create sustainable change that reflects their unique priorities, values, and tastes. Her goal is to help clients achieve their goals while still enjoying their food!
Jessica has worked in rural primary care, public health, nutrition research, and post-secondary course facilitation. She continually strives to improve her practice through ongoing education.
Outside of work, Jessica loves cooking, crafting, reading, yoga, and going on long walks that somehow always lead her to coffee or snacks. She enjoys learning about people and places through food, and almost always orders a BLT sandwich if it is on a menu.
